Wildlife

The estate is home to much wildlife. There are red squirrels, pine martins, roe and red deer. Visitors are almost guaranteed to see seals on the shore. Occasional visitors include otters, porpoises and dolphins. The estate is great for bird watching with both woodland and shore birds. Birds of prey are abundant in the area. Last year we were visited by a snowy egret from North America.
